We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use NodeStorm, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
NodeStorm offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable subscription fees
- Automatic renewal at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- Provide valid payment information

5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use NodeStorm for:
- Any illegal activities or to violate any laws
- Sending spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or abusive communications
- Scraping or accessing third-party services in violation of their terms

- Reselling the Service without authorization
- Creating workflows that harm, harass, or defraud others
- Sending sensitive personal information (such as financial or health data) to AI services unless you understand and accept the risks
- Interfering with the operation of the Service or other users' access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Resource Limits
Your use of NodeStorm is subject to fair usage limits:
- File uploads: Maximum 10MB per file
- File storage: Maximum 1,000 files per account
- AI usage: Subject to your subscription plan limits
- API rate limiting applies to prevent abuse
7. Intellectual Property
Our IP: NodeStorm, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the workflows and content you create. By using NodeStorm, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
8. Third-Party Integrations
NodeStorm integrates with third-party services (such as Google Drive, external APIs, and AI providers). When using these integrations:
- You are responsible for complying with each third party's terms of service
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services
- Your use of third-party services is at your own risk
9. Publisher Program (FlowHub)
If you publish workflows on FlowHub:
- You receive 70% of revenue from sales; NodeStorm retains 30%
- You are responsible for ensuring your published content does not violate laws or third-party rights
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies
- Payments are processed through our payment partner, subject to their terms
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated outputs will be accurate or suitable for any purpose
- Third-party integrations will always be available
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for data loss (you are responsible for maintaining backups)
- We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NodeStorm and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
14. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to first contact us at support@nodestorm.ai to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of NodeStorm after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
