Common questions
What are node executions?
Every time a node in your workflow runs, that counts as one node execution. A workflow with 5 nodes processing 10 items = 50 node executions. Lite includes 500/month, Starter 2,500/month, Pro 25,000/month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Switch between Lite, Starter, and Pro anytime through the billing portal. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you want. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Lite includes an unconditional first-month refund. If it's not for you within the first 30 days, we'll refund the $9, no questions asked. Starter and Pro don't include a refund policy, so try Lite first if you're uncertain.
